Ordered by your Burlingame Gastroenterology and Hepatology provider
Burlingame Gastroenterology and Hepatology offers the SideBy Care Program, an evidence-based virtual program that works alongside your GI care. It can help you:
Your first step is a 15-minute intro call with a Care Advocate.
Or call or text 415-690-2277
The SideBy Care Program is ordered by your GI provider and adds care between your GI visits. Whether you're newly diagnosed, in a flare, in remission, or managing ongoing symptoms, your care is personalized to you.
Intro call. A Care Advocate answers your questions, reviews your insurance and expected costs, helps you get set up for video visits, and schedules your first visits.
Regular virtual visits. Most people meet weekly by video for 10 to 14 weeks, depending on their insurance benefits. Each session builds on the last and can be booked around your schedule.
Practical tools you can use. Learn ways to calm digestive symptoms, manage stress, and build nutrition and eating habits that support how you feel day to day.
Ongoing sessions. After the initial program, care continues with regular sessions to help you maintain progress and adjust during flares or treatment changes.
